Gluten Free & Low Carb Menu
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Jalapeño Inferno have gluten-free options?
Yes. There is a dedicated Gluten Free / Low Carb menu, with gluten-free appetizers, entrees and a dessert listed separately. You can download it from this page.
Are there low-carb options?
Yes. The menu includes a "High-Protein-Low-Carb" section of entrees built without the usual chips, tortillas and rice. Download the menu on this page to see the current selections.
Are there vegetarian options?
Yes. A number of existing menu items are already vegetarian, and several others can be adapted on request by substituting black beans, refried beans or fresh calabacitas vegetables in place of the meat.
Can dishes be modified to be gluten-free?
Some substitutions are allowed. Fundido sauce, espinaca con queso or tomatillo sauce can be used in place of red or green sauce for a $1 upcharge, and corn tortillas or lettuce wraps can be substituted where appropriate.
Can you guarantee a dish is completely gluten-free?
The information on the menu is accurate for our own preparation, but we cannot guarantee that outside manufacturers or vendors use the same caution in their preparation or distribution, so we assume no responsibility. Please tell your server about any allergy before ordering.
Where can I see the full gluten-free and low-carb menu?
